Yes. The Starter plan is completely free and includes 1 web app, up to 3 reporters, and 50 conversations per month. No credit card required.

A conversation is a single feedback session — when a reporter opens the JAX extension and chats with the AI agent about a bug or feature request. Each conversation counts as one, regardless of how many messages are exchanged. Very long conversations (over 25,000 tokens) may count as multiple.

On the Starter plan, new conversations are blocked until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. On Pro, you can add pay-as-you-go credits to your account — each additional conversation costs $0.10.

A reporter is anyone who uses the JAX Chrome extension to submit bug reports. Admin users who only manage settings in the dashboard don’t count toward your reporter limit.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you’ll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Each plan includes a documentation storage allowance (10 MB on Starter, 100 MB on Pro) for uploading product docs that help the AI understand your product. Monthly indexing limits (50 MB on Starter, 500 MB on Pro) cover re-processing when you update documentation.
